From substance to presence

Restaurant

Your online menu is a faded photo that is difficult to read on a phone.

Barber

Booking requires a call while the barber may have their hands occupied.

Shop

The Google profile shows 3 photos from 2019 and opening hours that need checking.

Pricing and terms

Everything written down, before we start.

The questions that come up before a project starts, answered in full.

What does a website cost?

Lume 01 costs CHF 890, Lume 02 CHF 1'290, Lume 03 CHF 2'090, VAT included. These are package prices: any extras are scoped, priced and approved before work starts.

How long until the website is live?

Indicative timings are 2 weeks for Lume 01, 3 weeks for Lume 02 and 4 weeks for Lume 03. They start from the confirmed start: valid acceptance, the reconciled first payment, essential materials and required access. They are a plan for the approved scope, not a guarantee independent of client or third-party delays.

How does payment work?

Under the standard plan, the first 50% is due after valid acceptance and before production starts; the remaining 50% is due after written approval of the preview and before publication. The production slot is reserved after valid acceptance and the reconciled first payment; production starts after the essential materials and required access are available. Nothing is published and nothing is handed over before payment is complete.

What happens after handover?

The website remains yours. For 30 days after launch, the technical warranty covers bugs in the delivered scope. Hosting and accounts stay in your business name.

What does Lume guarantee, and what does it not?

Lume guarantees the approved scope, technical operation at launch, the agreed responsive formats and the included testing. It does not guarantee customers, sales, bookings, traffic or Google rankings. The technical warranty covers bugs in the delivered scope for 30 days.

Who owns the domain, hosting and accounts?

You do. Domain, hosting, booking and analytics accounts stay in your business name. Lume requests delegated least-privilege access, never personal passwords.
