Standard payment: the first 50% is due after valid acceptance and before production starts; the remaining 50% is due after written approval of the preview and before publication. Package prices include VAT; any extras are scoped, priced and approved before work starts.

What do the packages cost, and how does payment work?
Lume 01: CHF 890 · Lume 02: CHF 1'290 · Lume 03: CHF 2'090. All prices include VAT. Under the standard plan, the first 50% is due after valid acceptance and before production starts; the remaining 50% is due after written preview approval and before launch. Invoices are due within 10 calendar days. The slot is reserved after valid acceptance and reconciliation of the first payment.
How long does it take?
Indicative timelines are 2 weeks for Lume 01 · 3 weeks for Lume 02 · 4 weeks for Lume 03. Scheduling starts after valid acceptance, the reconciled first payment, essential materials and required access. Late materials, access, feedback or payments may move the delivery window.
What materials do you need from me?
We need these materials:
- Accurate business, service, price and contact information.
- The logo and photographs as original files, sharp at full-screen size and up to date.
- Invitations or delegated access with only the permissions required, never personal passwords.
The client approves content accuracy and confirms its rights to supplied materials. Scheduling starts when essential materials and access are complete.
How do the preview and revisions work?
We collect feedback and compare it with the approved brief and scope. We fix genuine issues and make small, consistent adjustments. A change of direction, new pages, new branding or new functionality is not part of the included revisions and requires separately approved scope, price and timing.
What does Lume guarantee?
The approved scope, technical operation at launch, the agreed responsive design, and testing of included forms and integrations. The technical warranty covers bugs in the delivered scope for 30 days from launch. We do not guarantee customers, sales, bookings, traffic or Google rankings.
Who owns the domain, hosting, accounts and data?
The client does. The domain, hosting, accounts and data remain in the client’s business name. Lume uses only delegated access. The client chooses and pays the provider; Lume configures and hands over the agreed setup.
Can you connect a booking system?
Lume 01 links to an existing platform. Lume 02 and Lume 03 include one simple technical integration. The client retains the account and data and pays provider costs. Migrations and complex integrations are not included in Lume packages.
