Services and pricingFor your business

Websites for restaurants, grotti and cafés in Ticino.

A website that does three things: it shows the menu, it says when you are open, and it gets the reader as far as asking for a table. Everything else comes after that.

Let’s find the right solution for your website

The studio is in Chiasso. The service is available across Ticino: Lugano, Bellinzona, Locarno, Mendrisio and Chiasso.

What a restaurant website actually needs

People deciding where to eat tonight decide in two minutes, on a phone, often standing up. These are the things they have to find without looking for them.

  1. The menu as a page, not as a PDF

A PDF forces the reader to zoom, drag the page around and read with two fingers. A menu written as a page reads at first glance, can be found on Google and is corrected in one place when the price of fish changes.

  2. Hours that match reality

Kitchen and dining room keep different hours, the closing day moves in low season, and August is not November. When the site and the map profile say different things, the reader believes whichever they find first.

  3. A booking path that works at 23:40

Table requests arrive when nobody is answering the phone in the dining room. The page has to say what to do at that moment. Lume 01 links the booking platform you already use, Lume 02 and Lume 03 include one simple technical integration.

  4. How to get there and where to park

For a grotto above Bellinzona the road matters as much as the menu. The address, the map, the last stretch on foot and the parking decide whether a family sets off or gives up.

  5. Photographs of the real room and the real plates

Stock imagery is recognisable and it costs credibility to a kitchen that actually exists. Lume 02 includes selection and light correction of the images you supply. Lume 03 includes 15–25 essential iPhone photographs, lightly corrected for the website · included only in the Mendrisiotto.

Which package, and why

The package follows the functions you need, not the sector. For a dining room the concrete question is how many pages the menu needs, whether a second language is required, and where the booking happens.

  • Lume 01CHF 890

Up to 3 pages and a link to your existing booking platform. Enough when the menu fits one page and bookings already live somewhere else.

  • Lume 02CHF 1'290

Up to 6 pages and one simple technical booking integration. Room for separate menus, a wine list, events and the story of the kitchen.

  • Lume 03CHF 2'090

Up to 8 pages, a second Latin-alphabet language and 15–25 essential iPhone photographs, lightly corrected for the website · included only in the Mendrisiotto. Worth considering when the room also works in German or English.

All prices are VAT included. Indicative timings are 2 weeks for Lume 01, 3 weeks for Lume 02, 4 weeks for Lume 03. Timings start from the confirmed start: valid acceptance, reconciled first payment, essential materials and required access. The service includes 15–25 essential photographs shot on iPhone and lightly corrected for the website; it is not a professional photography assignment. In the Mendrisiotto it is available as a CHF 290 extra for Lume 01 and Lume 02 and included in Lume 03. Outside the Mendrisiotto it is not included or offered as an extra.

Three concepts built end to end, none is a restaurant

The three published concepts are a flower shop, a barbershop and a boutique hotel. None of them is a restaurant and we are not inventing one. What you can check there holds for a dining room too: a price list that genuinely reads, and a booking path that goes all the way through.

3 questions about a restaurant website

How much does a restaurant website cost in Ticino?

The three Lume Studio packages cost Lume 01 CHF 890, Lume 02 CHF 1'290, Lume 03 CHF 2'090, VAT included. These are package prices: any extras are scoped, priced and approved before work starts. Under the standard payment plan, the first 50% is due after valid acceptance and before production starts; the remaining 50% is due after written approval of the preview and before publication. Ordinary invoices are due within 10 calendar days.

Can you connect the booking system we already use?

Yes. Lume 01 links the existing booking platform, Lume 02 and Lume 03 include one simple technical integration. The account, the data and the platform fees stay in the restaurant's name. Migrations and complex integrations are not included in the three packages.

Who updates the menu when the card changes?

For the first 30 days after launch, we correct bugs in the delivered scope. Changing dishes or prices, rebuilding the menu, adding pages or changing systems is new work: scope, price and timing are approved before it starts.

This page is not a filter

It is not a list of the businesses we accept. The method is the same for any local business: work out what the site has to do, agree the scope, build it and hand it over. If your business has no page here, the starting point is the same one.
