Who Falkem Swiss is
Falkem Swiss Sagl has distributed pharmaceutical products from Chiasso since 2014. It is authorised by Swissmedic and GDP certified (Good Distribution Practice). It works with international partners, in an industry where trust is verified, not declared.
The problem
In pharma, a partner checks you online before replying to you. The website has to state at once who you are, what you supply, and under which authorisations, in your counterparts' language. The company needed a site that presented it with the same precision it works with.
What we built
A complete rebuild, from structure to content. 7 sections: Home, About, Services, What we supply, Quality, Downloads, Contact. All in English, because Falkem's clients are international.
- The Quality section puts the Swissmedic authorisation and GDP certification where a partner looks for them: up front, not at the bottom.
- The Downloads section gathers the documents an industry counterpart expects to find.
- Structure and copy rebuilt from zero: each page answers one precise question a prospective partner asks.
